Shorty we will have live support chat on, I'm thinking about: http://www.phplivesupport.com/ for the live support chat, but does anyone else have any other reccomendations or suggestions before I do the leap?

phplivesupport is good and cheap. I was using humanclick but now they are liveperson and expensive

We used to use phpLiveSupport, however it did have some issues such as slowness and dropping chats. Also, on some browsers the sounds will lock them up.

We have since moved to the latest release of Crafty Syntax Live Help. It is free under the GNU license and it does a superb job. You can find them at : http://cslh.com

LivePerson is fantastic, but at $99.00 per month (last time I checked), it is quite expensive.

we use phpLiveSupport. it's not perfect but for a $100 one time fee it's a good deal

From personal experiance, I would go with http://www.phplivesupport.com/
http://cslh.com/ is dam ugly! In serious need of a makeover :)

CSLH is open source... make your own pretty design for it if you think its ugly :P

In short, those guys rule and they're better at thinking things through than 99% of other programmers that sell their wares commercially.

CSLH is open source... make your own pretty design for it if you think its ugly I knew someone would comment on that, hehe.
I prefer to pay to have someone else do it for me :)
