Would have to rearange the domain inputs, but that's just HTML stuff.

Where you have "sample" written, are you thinking about putting the company name there? I think that would look quite nice too.

I put Sample in to stop people nicking the design.

I usually didnt bother doing that but I found someone had stolen my work so I had to do it this time....even though someone if they really REALLY wanted to steal it, could mess around and get rid of the SAMPLE text.

I have had a $110 offer for this, including the HTML and changing the buttons etc.
