Heres the backstory:

I got a reseller off a friend because he handed his company over to me, he also had someone working with him, who left, called Sam.

Dave, who gave me the account asked me to keep the password the same so he could manage his accounts. So i did.

A few $100 deposits later, a few months, and a few domains, a domain appears in my account, and i didnt know where it was from.

I changed the nameservers on the domain to my own, and created an account, with a page saying contact the billing department of my host.

I checked about a day later, and the nameservers were changed back, i asked Dave, he had no idea about it.

I get a message on msn from Sam, telling me not to change the account details, and i say that he has to pay for it, so he changes the reseller password before i get chance. Dave changes it back, but then Sam emails enom, and tells them something about me stealing the account.

The account is disabled.

This was about a month ago, and the account is still disabled.

Who can i contact to get my account back? I have put a lot of money into it, and have proof of all transactions.

I would call Enom directly and get it straighted out ASAP. once you are known to cause problems with Enom they pretty much treat you like trash... so get in contact with them ASAP before anything gets otu of hand

This was about a month agoA month?

A month?!?

What have you been doing for a month that you didn't have the time to get this sorted out?

Don't answer that yet. Do like frattay22 said and telephone Enom.

Something smells wrong here. If this was an enom ETP account then it is non-transferrable last I checked, even if you were using it legitimately, you may have violated enom's policy. Definitely need to call them and sort it out.
