Hi,

We are Offshore set up company located in Chennai, India.

This is C. Sivakumar-Client Manager, representing Gants Software Solutions Private Limited.

We have server administrators who support many of clients in their problem solving issues , configure/monitor the server, configure the database such as MYSQL, MSSQL against any kind of hack or any misleads to their servers.

We have vast experience in Linux especially in Linux Kernel, Configuration of Apache, PHP/ZEND and MYSQL.

So we can complete the job to entire satisfaction of the client.

 Installation, configuration and administration of ticketing softwares like Cerberus Helpdesk, Edge Panel to clients, etc.

 Database administration using PhpMyadmin, pgAdmin and MySQL.

 Maintain disaster recovery plan, including system and database backups of Linux and Windows 2000 servers.

 Communicated directly with the clients in assisting to resolve problems. Provided local and remote diagnosis and resolution of problems.

 Monitoring Network Traffic and analyzing graphs for Nxtek Solutions Inc, USA using remote monitoring tools such as RMRTG.

 Monitoring the traffic load on network-links using tools like CACTI, MRTG, and Cricket.

 Backing up Websites, Databases, System state, Registry, DNS files, Configuration files of both Windows and Linux machines using VERITASTM Backup Exec 9.1 Server and Remote agents.

 Provide remote technical support to customers. Assist customers in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting the problems. Escalating to Engineering or Product Manager to ensure client's complete satisfaction.

 Provide essential phone & email support during peak hours of operations.

 Duplicate customer problems in support lab.

 Resolving technical issues raised by customers and escalated by technical support analyst, in a professional manner and to agreed time frames.

 Provide ongoing status reports to management team.
