Hello just trying to get ideas of the things that resellers really want

Fast good support /prices
knowledgable staff are a given and a must

but what other things

being totally anonymous is another

but like say things like custom name servers whm special features package customaziation

one big package
or pre selected packages

what things do you want or are your favorites

when I'm looking for a reseller account I look at the following in order of priority and importance to me.

1) Uptime
2) Support (Knowledgable staff, knowledge base, forums, chat)
3) Speed
4) Price
5) Central control panel (Plesk or WHM)
6) SSH / Telnet Access
7) Anonymous (custom name servers)

When it comes to the packages I prefer one big package which enables me to distribute the space/bw as I need it.
