i prefer german hosts ... and at all, i dont have a cc - so i must pay per mail....

this is what i need ->

about 20 MB - 50 MB storage
2 GB - 5 GB Traffic
mysql / PhP
cgi perl
java servlets support
telnet (!!!)
ssl
ssi
pop / smtp - email@domain.com

and i prefer a nice webinterface for controling

any tips?

I have to admit I do not know a great deal about them but a colleague has dealt with the company and says they are pretty good. I do know they are part of a major company with branches (or are the subsidiaries?) in the USA and other countries across Europe.
