Our servers are located at our datacenter in British Columbia Canada. We have two offices which are located in Lake Station Indiana and British Columbia Canada.

That ip is in a netblock that says it is a residential ADSL system. Is telus just very slow at updating the netblock descriptions?

That IP is on a Telus Business Server 2.5 Package. They are business lines. They are not residential. If you have questions about the telus ipblock then feel free to contact telus. I hope that clears things up. I hope that answered your questions.
