What browsers don't support CSS?

don't quote me on this but I think it goes along the lines of:

pre 4.0 Internet Explorer
pre 6.0 Netscape
pre 2.0 Konq

a lot more of course. Might look for a list on Google - someone's bound to have worked all this out by now :)

So it depends on what you mean by "support CSS," and how forgiving you are of incomplete implentation, bugs, and workarounds.

Greg's list is a good guideline for which browsers you can get away with assuming are going to handle most of what you might throw at them.
