What is the difference between the 3mbit unmetered and the 10mbit unmetered network? Appears they are both cogent and the last hop before your network is the same router.

10Mbit network is 10mbit, 3mbit network is 3mbit. 10mbit network is a private rack we have at the Cogent POP Downtown, the 3mbit network is right in our own facility.

They are 2 different networks, 2 different locations, 2 different routers. If you get the same exact route for both, then your traceing the same IP Twice.
3mbit network will have an additional 2 hops on the trace.
