Also one thing I missed here i.e. I need a partner in USA, I will make here programs and they will do marketing, if they will get any project we will make it, and they will get their share for marketing.

But I need to work on continious basis, not only for one time.

True, but you also have levels of quality. For example for software development, what level of CMM do you think your developers are at?

Which tools would you like to use, VB, Access, or what would you like to have, Pakistani programmers have good knowledge of many softwares.

Does there is no body interested here, or suggest me where i can post to get some good deals for this purpose.
