why won't gearhost answer their emails??? it was a serious pre-sale question and they can't be bothered to answer. been 2 days now.


you would think they would want to have more clients wouldn't you? customer service is not looking on the plus side.

yeah, you would think they would want more clients, but not if they were actually using the allocated bandwidth........

There are plenty of other hosts around with very good reputations.....so if Gearhost wont answer you should just move on.........
