I have had about 4 orders for my software that I have traced to these people. 3 of them I discovered were fake by the usual signs before sending them the software however unfortunatly one of them made it through :(

Clearly my software (word for word), not only stolen but now they look as if they plan to sell it although the powered by link 404ed on me.

So my basic question is does anyone know these people or the best solution. Also, I had a good link to a site that could determine the owned of the IP address but I have misplaced it, anyone with an idea?

No, they are probably resellers for VO.
But I would not go with a host who is unhonest and steals.
