I'm using Revecom and need to charge some clients for bandwidth over-usage. I'm using Revecom. What is the best way of going about this? Add it to the recurring monthly fee or make the client sign up for the additional bandwidth?

And how about additional services such as domain names, dns changes, etc...? Should I create an order form for the customer for that too?

Can anyone give some suggestions or advice? Thanks.
