We do not own the datacenter as most do not, but we do have several racks there. There is 24/7 onsite support for us there. There is staffed Techsupport as well. This datacenter is Private, through Partnerships and agreements, we have full use of the facility and there support.

We are located in chicago. We have techs here as well as techs in the datacenters we Use.
