Good Point. Sorry, I have been working with cPanel for about 1 yr and half now. cPanel and WHM is all I know. Umm, Got anymore questions? I'd be happy to answer them.

Have you ever worked with Cisco? What about Plesk? Can you manage support tickets for customers, and find the source of the problem?
