I have sent in several support requests to Inet as well as the WHT moderators, starting two weeks ago, and I haven't had a single response to anything at all.

As of about two weeks ago my premium leads membership was suddenly gone, while it had not expired yet at all. Also I was not sent an update about this at all by Inet nor WHT.

Now I just read this, written by Ryan:

---
We have been getting several inquiries the last few days regarding the fact that Leads Memberships are no longer available for purchase through my.inetinteractive.com. Please allow me to address this.

iNET Interactive has recently acquired HostVoice.com from MordComm, Inc. It was our original intent to incorporate the WHT leads system with HV, but as of yet, we have not solidified a plan to do such. Based on how HV works and what WHT leads members pay, a WHT leads member would only receive about 8-15 leads per month through the HV system.

As such, until such time as we determine where to go with this, we have suspended selling of new leads memberships and are also not allowing recurring leads memberships to renew.

As more details become available, we will update you

I understand that it's not possible to renew this service, but my service had not yet expired and I have paid for this. So what's going on?

All moderators can do is pass on any information to iNET.

We have no way of verifying anything regarding Premium Membership.

Have you tried telephoning iNET?

apoc, probably as your last quarter enquiry, you are only renewing for three months at a time.

Yeah but I got no renewal notification whatsoever, at all. I still haven't received anything back from Inet, can you please ask them to contact me since this is getting quite annoying.

iNET stopped supporting WHT Leads and is not renewing existing users; very few of us are still members.

That's ridiculous. I'm currently working off of a $25 trial for HostVoice, and I have to say that the leads have been crap compared with WHT's HostQuote...

I haven't gotten much response from WHT, but it's been more than from HostVoice. Surprisingly, it's HostVoice that's giving me reseller hosting requests for 10GB space, 100GB bandwidth, for less than $20/month and NOT WHT...
