Hello to all,
I would love to know where you pros register your domain names???
I have had problems with godaddy.com, 123domains.com and flyservers.com
Is there anywhere around $10 USD with no transfer fees? That actually offer a good system and good service?!
Please tell me where the trusted registers are :-)
Cheers,
James:confused:

Wev'e had very good luck with www.000domains.com 13.50 per year. I've also heard good things about www.dotster.com, but I have not registered any domains there yet.

I register all of my domains with www.stargateinc.com
$8/Year if you register more than one (which you're planning to do)

Your best bet would be a reseller of OpenSRS (www.opensrs.org) - if you don't like his service you can manage your domains from every other OpenSRS reseller.

I personally use Dotster at the present time and like their service and support. I have used Stargate and am not impressed at all. I have heard a lot of good things about 000domains.com and would recommend them based on many of the reviews here at WHT.

Thanks to all the replies people...
Sounds like the 000domains.com is the way to go. Anyone have any bad things to say about them???
What do you think is a fair price to pay for a good register with good service? Is $8 just too cheap to expect ease of use?
Cheers,
James

You will pay a little more with OpenSRS resellers, however you have the assurance of always being able to manage your domains, even if the domain reseller should disappear.
OpenSRS is #2 is domain sales, behind only Network Solutions - and I'd stay away from NSI at all costs.
Don't look only for cheap. Make sure that your registrar has the services you are after, and you can take care of all your domain needs easily and with no hidden fees.

I have had nothing but good service and support from 000domains.com and for me 13.50 is a fair price for what "000" offers.

I like RegisterFly.com. I had about 30 domains with them. $9.95/yr with all the forwarding, DNS, etc. I just started moving my domains away from them because I became a domain reseller. Otherwise I would still be there.
