We are wishing to sell DKBHosting.com. DKB Hosting has been running since
September. We are a small web hosting company. Our deadline to get DKB
Hosting sold is by the first of March. I am selling this due to my lack
of time and with Verio closing. I am a collage student and recently I
have had less and less time and in mid March my class load is increasing which
would leave me very little time if any to run a hosting company. Also with
Very closing the Chicago office in early March and our inability to find a
local colocation center with low monthly costs(as in not a year contract)
has not gone well.

A quick break down of our revenue is as follows(on Feb 16):
175 monthly (2100 a year)
200 Quarterly (800 a year)
770 on Yearly accounts(770 Year)

The best reason why you should buy DKB Hosting is the low costs to provide
service to our clients. First we do not oversell bandwidth, roughly it works
out to 3.25 cents a gig, if you look at our 9.95 package that comes with
3 gigs. So far none of our clients goes over their bandwidth and about 4
uses half. We have available Plesk statistics(script provided by CWDSolutions)
so you can see how low the costs would be. Also adding these clients to
a server would do very little to your load. As for support, from our current clients
we get no more then 5 support questions a week. This is because everything has run smoothly. With exception
to a kernel upgrade that happened last week, the Plesk server had 156 days uptime, from when we opened to last
week it was never once restarted(Named had to be shutdown and restarted once in a while do to manual changes).

We get 1-3 signups a week(this month has been slower then usual due to lack
of advertising for obvious reasons). We have lost no clients due to bad service. We
have only lost 4 clients. Two of those quit within the first two days(one reason was due to
financial reasons and the other gave no reason). The other two clients we lost
because their credit cards got denied during the rebilling process.

The Plesk server itself is not included unless you would like to buy it from us and pay shipping.
Overall it is a low load machine that is not meant to handle more then 50 clients. But if you whish to
buy it, it will not cost much.

The FreeVSD server is another option, but only will be sold to the person buying DKB Hosting. We just started it about
2 weeks ago(after spending months preparing it). It currently does not have a lot of customers due to lack of advertising.
If you are NOT interested in this but in DKBhosting.com only, then you may choose not to buy and we will cancel the
current clients on the machine. This is meant only for those who are very experienced in Linux due to the high level of
technical knowledge needed. It will also require initial work changing the IP's. Support setting it up with the new IP's and
running it will be provided. This can not just be installed on a new box, we will ship the box and you set it up. Also the
FreeVSD CD's(200 value) will be provided.

There are about seven clients not included in the break down of revenue who paid for cheaper hosting back when we ran
free hosting. In April all the yearly payments will be over and you can start charging them what you wish if they decide to
stay. They paid between 3 and 9 dollars a month. These are given with the sale for free and not added on to the final
cost.

Also there is the Plesk automated signup script(set to work with revecom) that is also included. It automatically adds clients.
If you have another payment system, for 50 dollars we can provide you with a programmer who can make the changes. For revecom
users this script can be configured by us for you at no extra cost. Also there are a few domains(about 3) which are also
included for free. One of those, 75megs.com gets about 100-200 visitors a day. Most of them looking for free hosting, but
some who have turned into customers.

We are sad to have to sell, and wish we could run this much longer, but the time needed is not there. In case you are wondering
who the other person is in "We" as used above, his name is Scott. He was more of an investor in this then a technical representative.
Also incase you are wondering we are an official company, incorporated in the state of Illinois. We have a tax ID and a
Business Bank account. I say this only to let you know we are serious and were not just doing this as a little hobby.

There is no set asking price. We will take what we are offered. If toward the end of dealings more then one company ends at a
similar price, we will decide on what company has the better reputation. We are not just limiting the search to WHT. We do
care where our clients go even after they are no longer our responsibility.

Thank you for hearing me blab on and on. If interested you can PM or Email me at parplex @ aol. com
remember to remove the spaces in the email. We are on a limited time table due to Verio closing. As of today, there is about 17 days
which is our max that we can wait for clients to be transferred.

On a side note, as for software like the Plesk 300 domain license will be worked out during the talks, and as long as it goes along with their transferring agreement. All software is optional.
