The buyer provided me with all his payment info including his reference ID from his payment to Unicef, which I accepted. He then graiciouslly told me I could keep re-auctioning the name to earn more $$$ for the appeal.... the name has now been sold to the second highest bidder for $425 & I am awaiting payment.
