Hi, I am a beginner in using templates for web design...

I found that there are some websites selling a batch of templates in really cheap price... such as supercheaptemplates.com . Is there any problem if I buy their templates? Is there any license problem if I use their templates ? And how is the quality of the templates?

I bought the tempaltes, files, and reseller rights to like 1000+ templates (html). don't. They're basically 1000 variations of 100-150 crappy 'designs'. I bought flash ones too, which are good, but I'm not good enough with flash to do anything with them :s

I wouldn't recomend it.... wste of $15 if you ask me.

one of my friend also buy. But he also not happy. Same design only different colors.

If you really are interested in the designs from these two sites head on over to ebay. You can find the designs bundled much cheaper. If you look around you can find some of them for free.

i am new too but i suggest you that first of all copy and clone good site designs, really you learn too much about designs ...

accelerate, are you suggesting that designboy rip a site design? Steal another site's design? If so that's bad advice and wrong. :eek2:

no no no :blush: , i meant that it is simple way to learn some tricks about good designed sites . Of course he mustn't use it for unique desing . Unique desinges are always in our heart .

I understand what accelerate is saying. I've done this from time to time - "ripping" other sites, just to see if I could replicate certain effects on my own. I'll use what I do. Often I'll throw it out, or I'll save it so I can remember the techniques I used and use them in an original way later. I don't think there's anything at all wrong with this.

Yeah its a nice way to learn the structure of html if your a beginner, allso did it alot copying small chucks of code and tryed to modify them in anyway, and put them together with other chucks to see what would come out of it.

Basicly how i learned html to start with ;)
