2checkout is not a way to pay for subscriptions in vbulletin currently. I would like someone to be able to program other solutions into it such as 2checkout.com Amazon Donations and StormPay so once the user subscribes by choosing 1 out of 3 packages he can start posting with special features for premiums.

It can be done, however 2Checkout do not allow on-the-fly subscription links to be generated, which means they need to manually created via the 2Checkout seller area beforehand. It may have changed however, as the last time I looked at it was some time ago now.
