I'm currently having problems with a .law domian name registered through RegisterFly.com (eNom reseller).

The domain worked fine for a while and all of a sudden the nameserver information and contact WHOIS was erased from the domain. I tried updating it within RegisterFly's Control Panel and it said it was fixed but it never fixed. I contacted RegFly Support and they said they fixed it and again nothing fixed.

Does anyone know if there is a problem with RegFly or eNom and .law domain names all of a sudden?

As far as I know does Enom not has anything to do with the new.net domains, so the problem is either with RegisterFly or new.net

As mentioned is .law not a real domain so you should might consider getting a real domain so everyone is able to see your site.

I didn't actually know that .law wasn't an actual domain name. It never mentions that on RegFly's website...

Thanks for the info.

If you want an international ICANN approved TLD for lawyers, use .pro (professional). It's specially meant for lawyers, physicians as well as accountants.

Visit http://www.nic.pro/ for details.

I have so far never seen new.net domains in any search engines or web directories so it will be hard for people to find your website without having the exact domain. (and the plug-in.)

Where do you see this? Through the entire ordering process did I not once read anything in this regard. On RegisterFly's price list, it shows .law as a "TLD."

.law is not better than .law.webhostingtalk.com

Even law.law has no value.
