As an answer to Martin,
Yes 3 days is something we have to accept in the Windows world.
This was for the max and the tickets opened on Firday night. And most of my tickets are answered in less than 24 hours.
As a lesson learnt, I have also started Unix Hosting and promoting it against the Windows hosting.
When I was tring to find an alternative to readyhosting, I could not find any hosting company with that reach content and close to that price. So, I will stick with them for windows hosting even some of my sites are still down last 14 days. Luckily, this outage only affected a couple of customers. I offer then the Unix server as an interim solution.
If you have a better Windows alternative, please feel free to advertise.
