Sorry to be dumb, but what is DCJN?

DCJN is a sub-set of NAC network utilizing there peers for primary transit.

DCJN, so what is the difference over NAC?

We have a server on pwebtech's DCJN network and it's very fast and the uptime has been virtually perfect..

Here is a speed test.. Mind you this was when my server was incredibly busy with lots of incoming/outgoing traffic.
