Kinkamono Internet Services (http://www.kinkamono.com/) is looking for sales associates to sell our hosting plans and design services.

We pay a flat rate of 50% for each hosting customer referred to us, and payment lasts as long as the customer remains with Kinkamono. For design customers we pay 20% to you, on completion of the project. With a $3000 design (a reasonable sum, given our expertise in standards-based, CSS design), you'd earn $600 straight away!

Payment can be made via PayPal, or by alternative means to be discussed with the prospective associate.

Martin does excellent work, and his skills are such that he can justify commanding a good price for the work he does. Your clients and your reputation will be in good hands if you refer Web design work to him, and most businesses understand the value in having professional work done. $3k is far from unreasonable for a small-medium sized project.

Martin is on a very short list of developers to whom I feel safe handing over proposal requests when I'm working at capacity and can't take new clients. I've sent a small project his way (small site in the $500 range) and he's one of four developers who may be taking an account don't have the time to handle valued at $7,500. In both, cases, I staked my own reputation on his good work, and I have no qualms about it.

Anyone who knows me knows I don't give my endorsement to someone unless they really deserve it. Martin absolutely does. You won't be disappointed if you send a project his way!
