Okay, we're looking to resell domains but with a fully-brandable order process & domain management system.

We would have signed up with eNom but they aren't accepting registrations from our IP (Malaysia).. we contacted them on this but no reply so now we're looking at AITDomains.com

Problem is, I've seen a bunch of complaints in WHT about their billing / hosting / support etc. But the threads are pretty old and the last posts seem to be around in 2003.

The questions is: do we give them a chance?

We need to resell domains.. all we're looking for is to be able to sign-up for a reseller account cheaply (lesser than $15?), for it to be fully-brandable and for the domain cost price to be around $8.95 or lesser.

What do you think? And who would you recommend?

Thanks!
Kristy

BTW, we host small websites so it would be a good idea to get ahold of a domain company that isn't going to push it's own hosting services on my clients

When a company has a site dedicated to their poor service, thats a good sign to stay away.

It may be a different type of service, domains vs their servers/hosting. But its still the same company!

Here is something you might want to look at.

Personally, I would stay away. But keep in mind I have never used them. But searching and being on these boards......freaks me out.

Good luck with your search!

Yeah, I've seen aitsucks.com.. I think it was started by a WHT member from one of the old posts.. but we're running out of options and I'm trying not to base my decision on the website because we're using paypal (with a lot of caution) and there's a paypalsucks.com too :stickout:

if you are reselling domains enom or directi are much better choices.

They were using enom, that isn't an option for them. They can try directi though :D

Thanks a bunch for the suggestion. We're checking out DirectI's website. BTW, if anyone has any other recommendations, I'd appreciate it :)

Just wanted to thank ya'll because DirectI is working out for us :) They've got an excellent back-end software and it's fully brandable.

Truly appreciate all the help! :D
