In our never-ending search for an NT/Win2k Control Panel I found this one. Who sells it?

'Mywebserver Control Panel'

My guess it's their own, custom developement that is. Never seen anything like it, and I've been looking around myself.

You're right in saying that its a custom made one.

Its done mainly in ADSI, ASP and with a few COM dlls.. The main difference here is that its customizable (to a certain extent) and as such we normally work with web hosts to fit the Panel around their 'way of doing stuff ' instead of having them follow a strict set of rules.

Actually, the development was kinda of the other way around. We were Panel developers first and then did Win2k hosting only for Local sites. We already had a panel, so what a better way to test the panel live than to use it for your ownselves and work out the bugs, instead of having the end-clients discover those for you :-)

llarson : Where did you pick up that username/password link (view source :-)??). We used to have the demo live, but then we had a lot of people go and in and and try to mess up the account settings like the password, mail accounts, etc so. Well actually not so much as to mess it up, but they would just repeteadly create, remove, and rebuild the Frontpage extensions which takes up a fair amount of server resource. So, I just took the link off. And instead I'll normally just send the the demo login to interested parties.

Chicken: My reply seems to be bordering self-advertisement. If its please remove it or move it to the appropriate thread.

mattan: What are you using for e-mail software?

PS: I don't believe your post is advertisement because the thread starter was specifically asking for information about that CP.

The Panel is basically developed us and is for sale or monthly leases. However, at this point of time we do not sell this directly to the end users (as the panel is customized to a certain extend). Please contact me offline via PM or email and we can further discuss this if you're interested..

thanks
