Okay, I have an idea, I just want to bounce it around and see what happens to it.

My idea is that, with my hosting, I also offer pre-made website, templates as they could be called. I offer these for those people with little or no knowledge or html or the webs workings. I could set it up so people would only have to use a login screen and then enter text to update the site.

It would be an alternative to having a WYSIWYG editor for them, and with premade ones, they would definitely look better than something they would make.

What do you guys think of this idea. Of course I would charge for the templates, because I did have to make them. Hehe.

I love the concept of templates and page kits, provided they are of good quality. I think www.elated.com (http://www.elated.com) has the best ones.

Yeah, they are nice. My templates will be gaming related as I am hosting gamers. Look at my site name GamersWeb Hosting. Yeah good quality and good support. Set it up for them, but all this would have to come at an extra cost, just not a big one.

Well my templates will be specific to my hosted sites, and thats that. They will be gaming related anyways.

The web could use some nice sites. There a several companies that offer this service for small businesses with success. Spend some time trying to talk yourself out of the idea. See how many holes you can find.
