Gee, no suprise, I found that my lightone server (66.28.54.xxx) was down and its been 4.5 hours after notification of support@lightone.net and chris@lightone.net yet its still not backup. What pitiful service. I will be demanding a full refund because This server has not been up 45% this month. Chris, please contact me via email ASAP

45%? A little off don't ya think?
280 hours in a week, 6 hours of downtime equals to 45%?
Isn't that like %2 downtime? Trust me, we know it's unacceptable, but come on. :)
Also, we never received a cancelation. You were nice to us on the phone and never mentioned it.

The downtime has been bad but something tells me they will avoid such friction by engineering it right. :-)

webtech, I'm sure you will be happy again after moving to the new NOC, my server moved last week and till now, it seems to have stable connection, no more down time.
