I am currently writing up both an Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Terms of Service (TOS) policies, and was wondering if anyone would be willing to share thier to be used as an example.

hostlegal.com has a package they sell to help you get started. I think it is like $25.

If you are a reseller, ask you host if you can use his.

I wrote both by myself. I researched for about a month, and asked questions in various places, then sat down and wrote a nice one. It's very comprehensive, and gives lots of provisions for host and client alike.

Look into hostlegal, I would however reccomend if possible that you get the sheets checked over by a licensed lawyer so that you are sure they are correct for your specific area/state/etc.
