I'm a former snaps.com customer which, when they decided to stop reselling, moved my account over to snapnames.com.

They apparently also moved over $43 in credit, since I had one prepaid snap left at that price.

Now their prices are $60 / each so I guess I'm stuck with either leaving my credit there or paying additional to get a full credit.. Anyone else run into this situation? Can you just buy in the additional $17 or does it have to be $60+ each time?

Ideally new SnapNames customers must put a minimum bid of $60
on any domain name. But they won't be charged until they win.

Have you asked SnapNames about it? What did they say?
