well, I am very cautious about singing the praises about any company, but I have been with enom for about six months now and I would just like to say that I have been very happy with the choice i made.
I am an enom reseller, but most of the domains I register are for myself. I have found the interface very easy to use. To be honest, the system they have in place works very well, and I have not really had the need to contact their support staff. I used it a few times. I had a ticket in this morning and it was an urgent problem(my fault), and I was so impressed with how fast their response was at fixing the problem. Oh and an irrelevant fact, but one i found reassuring is that the person I spoke to when i signed up six months ago was the same person that helped me out this morning, they all use their full names in any correspondence.
anyone on the lookout for a domain reseller program should definitely add them to your list of prospective companies.
