I saw this topic post by someone at another forum, but he got no answers. I have the same problem as he do, we both use name2host.com for registrar. Anybody can give me some suggestions?

The topic is below:

name2host.com hosts my website and is my registrar, as well. They have been down since Oct 20. The contact page on their website does not work. They do not answer their telephone. I want to transfer my domain name to another provider. However, my email listed in the contact info for the whois data is hosted by them and currently does not work. This makes it impossible for me to approve a transfer request from another registrar. Anyone know what can be done in a situation like this? Thanks

Is it possible to log into their control panel? Their website works for me (name2host.com).

Edit: their WHOIS service is down though, so you wouldn't be able to transfer anyway, even if you could update the info in their database.
