Hello all,


I need some help here. I have a html form and a mysql dbase what I want to do is have the form when you press submit go to a verify.php page which will check to see if the user and pass are in the dbase if they are then send them to a main.php page.
I tried searching and their are a dozen or so posts about doing this all with comments about how it does not work or how the code is sloppy. So I am just looking for a good tutorial or something as a base to use.
