Whats the time it takes for the dns to propagate on a domain name at namecheap.com ? Thanks also is there anyplace I can check to see if it is fully propagated.

I use namecheap. For new registrations, domains are up and running within 10 minutes. If I am transferring the nameservers, it can take 6-96 hours, however the most it has even taken me is 24 hours.

It varies, from 0min to 48hrs. Depends on where you are and your connection.:)
