We have a dedicated server hosted at tailormadeservers.com. Our website is dvdrs.net and we are in desperate need of a linux admin to help us get the best from our server.

Currently our site has around 23,000 users and around 90,000 page views daily. We have around 360 users logged on at any one time and server load is getting critical. Our current server load is 5.63 but it has peaked of and on tonight at 20,4. This is obviously causing lag.

Our server specification is :-

Processor #1 Name: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.66GHz
Processor #1 speed: 2667.166 MHz
Memory : 1 Gig.
Running WHM 9.9.8
cPanel 9.9.8-R119
RedHat 9 i686 -
WHM X v3.1.0

We use phpnuke as our context management system and really need some optimization in place. Mysql and php are obviously draing the system somewhere and if we can locate the script that is draing that then so much the better.

We require someone of trust to come onto our server and fully optimze to the best of the servers abilities. If its deemed we need to load balance then we are hoping this same person could handle that for us aswell. Also a once over on site secuirty is needed.
