I had been searching for a good reseller program and after reading the threads here. I decided upon McHost.
I signed up for a reseller acount with McHost on 2-12-02 around mid-day. I paid via credit card and received an email saying I should receive account information within 24 hours if not email us. I waited until mid-day today and emailed them and inquired about my account. I am still waiting for a response. Do they normally take so long to respond with account information? Thanks Trent

Sometimes, all hosts get very busy and on occasion things slip through. Give them a little bit more time, and I'm sure you'll be contacted.

They took around 36 hours to setup my account, but I signed up on New Year's Eve. They seem to be pretty busy lately working on their new control panel and handling lots of new signups.

post on their forum, and i am sure they will sort it out quickly
