I need several forum moderators on my newly created business forum site. Can anyone let me know where to find them ? What are their typical renumeration rates ?

Also, I need marketing support for my site. Is there any website i can turn to for help in locating them ? What are their typical renumeration rates ? SHould they be on commission basis ?

hey! I'd lover to moderate for you. By "renumeration" i think u mean pay? well, i mod just for the fun, really, but pay is nice, and i dont want much. ive modded about 3 forums before, including HTTP Point, and am active at a lot more.
