I am a hosting reseller and Am considering purchasing WHMAP, does anyone know if there is a script or if it is even possible to add a cPanel icon to all cPanels that redirects users to a page were they can fill out an order form to renew their hosting.

You can add and remove icons in your cPanel by using WHM.

But not what he's looking for. You can only add/remove features, not add a script or icon yourself. You would need someone to customize cPanel (modify the script) to allow a icon or text linking to your customer login for whmAP.
Search www.whmautopilot.com/forum/index.php for anything related to cPanel and see if there is a way.
