Hi, Everyone:

I have a Linux Redhat Dedicated Server with cpanel/whm on it that is having a severe load problem. There is some kind of php worm or trojan that must be racing the system. Other times, it's fine.

I get a lot of Undeliverable mail too in the main E-mail box (about 1000 every 2 to 3 days).

I can't figure out what or who is doing this. So, I'm here looking for someone who could help.
