I am looking to sell the following template, assumably to an upcoming, or existing web hosting site/owner.

I have created variations of the design in different colors, in order for you to get a full idea of how it looks with each. The alternate colors I have chosen are particularly suitable for the design as they match the hue and contrast of the original (yellowish).

Don't suppose you could give a wanna be designer a few tips could you? Or programs that you use?

This template certainly is a great, professional looking design. The only thing that I noticed about this template is how small it is, is it me, or is the whole site design in one corner and it's VERY small?
