Just as a note to a fellow designer. I would remove the other clients logo.

This could come back to bite you later if they wanted to push it. What I mean by that is they could say that you were putting them in a bad light with the community and harming business practices.

Just though I'd say that I think the template looks very nice, good job :)

the template you have is nice, however those pictures that you took from that free photo site that are in the top-right corner of you site, need to be taken off. Those pictures are cpopyrighted, they are free for non-commercial use, however you are trying to directly profit from them...it's just a note to you, im not tring to be rude or anything.

Actually dave I am fully aware of their setup, and if you go look consumers may purchase images or a set of them. I purchased a set to use, so I am legally allowed to use them on a commercial site.
