Hi Everyone,
I hope you all are having a nice weekend. I just received a notice from Authorize.net informing me that starting Jan 2001, they are going to be imposing a charge of 5 cents per transaction, on top of all other charges. While this isn't a lot of money, I do oppose it on principle.
For the most part, their service is fine. However, they do seem reluctant to even discuss ideas to make the service easier to use for their merchants. (I'm refering to an idea I suggested that would make processing recurring charges much easier).
Does anyone have any suggestions for a reliable service like Authorize.net? Here's what I'd love to have:
1) Reliability
2) Easy to Use
3) A feature that would allow me to indicate that a charge is recurring.
In the past, I have seen a few companies that said they offered feature #3, but I can't remember their name.
Any help is really appreciated!
Thanks,
Briguy
