Theres a setup fee if its monthly payment, elsewise there isnt one....

Same with dedicated & co-location machines....setup fees help pay for the hardware, switch, firewall, software etc...etc....

Theres obvious advantages to paying yearly....if you pay yearly and decide to move, we give back the remaining amount anyway so theres no point in paying monthly ;)
