Hi,

I was trying to sign up for a hosting account but 2checkout won't let me through. I think it timed out, so I tried to re-submit my credit card info.


What I got was this:

Your order has not been processed and no credit card has been billed.

Reason For Failure: CC-4023: Order number given must be unique.




What does this mean? Is the fault my connection or 2checkout's?

I'd also like to ask if the transaction was recorded or something (the domain is loyola.ph) or if I have to re-submit again.
