i need some reccomendations for a cheap and good host.... nothing fancy... i dont need pop3 or php/SQL, or any of that....

all i need is about 25-100mb of space and 5-10gb/month bandwidth to host multimedia (images, video, sound) files and direct FTP access


ive been using www.netfirms.com free service (25mb, 1gb bandwidth, banners).. and im restricted to 250K files, and the 1gb bandwidth is not cutting it

Web Hosting Requests would be an excellent place to start - it's just down the bottom of the main page.

woops. forgot to say that it would be the same as the basic plan except with 6 gigs of transfer :)
