Hi,

I need to do a reverse lookup on a plesk based server, how can i do that

One of my client wants to create a Reverse Lookup Record for IP 203.124.140.222/29 to point to domain.com

How can i do that,

This is a but urgent

You won't be able to unless your provider has delegated reverse DNS to your DNS servers, which most providers don't seem to want to do. :mad: Anyway, you should contact your provider. They should be able to do it for you.

Yes

I did that , the isp providing the ips did the propagation for us as required,
did take some time though to get it done

If you setup dns correctly on your plesk box this should work. It will only give you problems when the IP is on a name-based IP with more then one domain. The server then doesn't know what domain to choose from.
