I am looking for someone with a broad linux knowledge to be a Q&A person for 1 server with 4 sites. I will do the actual chenges on the server.

I also need an experienced flash programmer to fix a site for a client. The design and programming is done but the site is 1 25mb file and is extremly slow as it will not display until all 25mb are downloaded to the viewing computer..

Here are the specifics of my needs:

(Server)

1. I need to know how to update the kernel on my box. I am running rh7.3 with a kernel of 2.4.20-20.7smp and am getting an insecure kernel warning
2. I need to trouble shoot and repair whatever is causing my server loads to rise to the red approximately ever 4-8 hours possible PhpBB flaw?
3. I need to find and repair trouble that keeps me from sending email to certain smtp servers (Aol, citlink, etc) possible reverse dns
4. I would like to have some basic server setup tips as far as software and settings. What should and should not be on the box and what should and should not be enabled etc.

The flash project requires someone to take a completed project and make it run in a reasonable amount of time. I need to know what is causing it to pull down the entire file before running any part of it. It may need to be split up into several objects or compressed somehow. I have the .fla that was designed for a friend by someone else (who is a beginner and can not seem to fix it) The site is 1 file at 25.4mb and takes approximately 45-60sec to begin on cable speed. I can only imagine how long it takes on dial up. I also may need someone to help me add a payment page for paypal. My friend is a music artist and wishes to sell his CD's from his site.
