Alright this morning last night i tried logging into the server and all of a sudden it wouldnt let me in. Then i tried any login and none work. The cpanel and whm respond but you cant login with any login. Nor can you login to the SSH. Have you ever seen this problem before if so what to do about it?

It sounds like your /etc/passwd or /etc/shadow file may have been 0 byted. I would recommend contacting your datacenter and having them boot into single user mode and recover one of your backups (should always have a few of them present)

This is one of the reasons you always set up at least one SSH key so when you can't login with password, you can still get in with the key.
