I do have some clients which have mailing lists, the problem is that my provider do limits sending emails 1000/day. Do you know any provider which allow sending out more emails, not spamming, just optin mailing lists.

Dedicated or Reseller solution?

I mean reseller account, but will have only mailing list there.
